We had a chance to sit done with the godfather of Icewine himself the colourful, charming wine entrepreneur and celebrity, the fabulous Donald Ziraldo. Donald Ziraldo along with his partner Karl Kaiser trail blazed the Canadian wine industry with their Niagara Peninsula Icewine starting back in the 80s and the rest they say is history!
